“Skippy underwent a very invasive n painful surgery. After he was discharged, he would run and hide whenever he sees me coming with his meds and wound-cleaning apparatus. He would also get upset when we return to the vet twice a week fo review. I started rewarding him with oishi cookies after every round of wound-cleaning & meds, and vet visits. He’s more cooperative during the wound cleaning/flushing, because he knows something good is waiting for him thereafter!"
