First-time buyers & new bunny pawrents: 

Your bunny’s well being is paramount to us.
A healthy rabbit diet should be 80% hay, 10% vegetables, 5% pellets and 5% treats. 

While treats are great for training and bonding with your bunny, they should be fed in moderation. Bunnies should be at least 9 months old and have good hay eating habits, hay monsters first ok?

  1. Preordering of cookies is a ongoing event. Pawrents are welcome to join the queue without having to camp online for cookie launches.
  2. Preorders for cookies are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    We are unable to customise design/flavours/herb. For pawrents who are particular about ingredients and design and herb combo, please wait for us to launch cookies on our social media and online shop.
  3. How to order:
    – add item to your cart
    – checkout and make full payment
    – payments can be made through PayNow/Paylah/this website
    – For PayNow/Paylah payments, add your hp/name number as transfer details, send transaction screenshot to our social media for us to verify your payment
  4. Waiting time is 2-4 weeks. 
  5. Kindly provide accurate and full address during checkout. Cookies are sent via Singpost normal mail, if you require a posting proof, please send us a dm on social media so we can update your there.
  6. Return address is your address.
  7. We do not offer refunds for undelivered mails by Singpost.
  8. You may also add on other items to your cart to enjoy free door to door courier*, all items will be consolidated and sent together. A tracking link will be provided.
  9. We are unable to deliver your order on specific date and time as they are managed by 3rd party courier company. You can arrange redelivery with courier directly for missed delivery. 
  10. Any changes or cancellations to the preorder must be communicated via FB or IG messenger.
  11. Strictly no self collection.

  13. We takes utmost care to ensure the quality. Flat cookies may break during mailing even with bubble wrap protection. They are still delicious and made with love. We are not liable for damages caused by normal mailing
  14. We takes utmost care to ensure the freshness of the preordered cookies. Cookies are baked and mail out on the same day to maximize freshness.
  15. We reserve the right to reject or delay baking your preorder during fundraising/festive season/when our baking schedule is full.
