Echinacea, commonly known as purple coneflower, is a herbaceous flowering plant native to North America. It has a long history of traditional use in Native American medicine and is widely used today as a herbal supplement primarily for its potential health benefits. Echinacea is antiseptic and antimicrobial, it works to reduce inflammation and is especially beneficial for rabbits suffering from respiratory and eye infections. Echinacea is believed to support the immune system, potentially helping rabbits fight off infections or recover more quickly from illness. 💪 Immune Support: Echinacea is believed to stimulate the immune system in humans by increasing the production of white blood cells and enhancing immune response to infections. Some studies suggest that echinacea may help reduce the duration and severity of upper respiratory tract infections, such as the common cold.
