I am already a Monthly Subscriber. Do I need to pay the $12.00 fee?
No! As a “Thank You” for your ongoing support, the $12.00 annual fee is waived for all current Monthly Subscribers. You are automatically part of the Clubhouse family and can enjoy the $3.00 flat-rate shipping immediately.
How do "Confirmed Slots" for Bespoke Cakes work?
Since our Bespoke Omakase Cakes are now crafted exclusively for the Clubhouse, being a member means you are on our permanent priority list.
The “Golden Rule”: Simply let us know one month in advance of your celebration date, and your slot is 100% guaranteed. No more “Sold Out” stress or racing against the public for a booking.
- Handling with Care: Because our Bespoke structures are intricate and delicate, they cannot be shipped by standard courier. You may opt for Self-Collection or arrange your own private transport to ensure your masterpiece arrives in perfect “Oishi” condition.
- The Milestone: To qualify for your annual birthday or anniversary cake, a minimum monthly spending of $30.00 for 12 continuous months is required.
- The Signature Upgrade: To maintain our boutique standards, our Signature Bespoke Cakes structures require a top-up of $49.90.
Can I change or upgrade my subscription?
Absolutely! We are all about flexibility for your furkids.
Just inform us as soon as you’ve decided on a change. This allows us to update your records and ensure your next monthly order of organic munchies or handmade cookies is exactly what you need.
Is the $1.00 Membership fee refundable?
No. The $12.00 annual fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. It covers the administrative setup of your account and grants you immediate access to member-only shipping rates and cake slot for one full year.
When do I get my Free Layered Cake?
We love celebrating milestones! Your Free Layered Cake is a special gift from us upon every membership renewal. It’s our way of saying “Thank You” for being a pillar of our rescue-focused community.
The Milestone: To qualify for your annual birthday or anniversary cake, a minimum monthly spending of $30.00 for 12 continuous months is required.
For grooming, can I bring my bunny once every 2 months and still qualify for a Bespoke Cake?
Yes! We understand that every bunny’s grooming schedule is different.
The Membership Balance: As long as you maintain a minimum monthly spending of $30.00 (this can be on organic treats, essentials, or any other items listed on the Clubbers’ Menu), your 12-month continuous streak remains active. You can then bring your bunny in for grooming whenever they need it!
When do I pay for and receive my monthly order?
We keep things simple and consistent so your bunny’s pantry is never empty.
The Billing Cycle: We will send your monthly bill approximately in the 3rd week of every calendar month.
Delivery/Collection: Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and sent out around the 4th week. This ensures you have your fresh supply ready and waiting for the start of the next month!
How does the $3.00 Shipping work for big parcels?
As a Loyal Clubber, you enjoy a specially subsidized rate for premium convenience. Even if your order is large or heavy (like bulk organic herbs or multiple treat jars), you only pay $3.00 for it to be delivered directly to your doorstep.
The Bonus: If your order is above $60.00, we will absorb the shipping fee entirely! Your heavy parcel will arrive at your door for FREE.
Is there a way to get Free Shipping?
Yes! We provide two ways to waive your shipping costs based on your monthly supply needs:
FREE Tracked Mail: Reach a Clubhouse order of $20.00 or more, and your shipping is on us via Tracked Mail.
FREE Door-to-Door Courier: Reach a Clubhouse order of $60.00 or more, and we waive the door-to-door courier fee completely.
This ensures your bunny’s premium treats and organic herbs are handled with the utmost care and arrive safely at no extra cost to you.
What happens if I spend less than $30.00 in a month?
There is no mandatory minimum to remain a member or enjoy the $3.00 shipping. However, to stay eligible for the Free Annual Layered Cake and Bespoke Cake slots, a consistent $30.00 monthly spend is required. If you spend less, your 12-month “Cake Streak” will reset.
Is it hard to maintain the $30.00 monthly spend for my Free Annual Cake?
Not at all! Most Clubhouse members hit this amount naturally by bundling their bunny’s essential care.
Grooming Packages: A single professional grooming session or package easily covers your monthly “Cake Streak” requirement.
Health Essentials: Stocking up on recovery must-haves like Fibreplex or Ridwind or Syringes ensures you’re prepared for emergencies while staying on track for your rewards.
Lifestyle & Enrichment: Adding a new Binky Mat/Hidey House or a fresh batch of Organic Healthy Munchies (Herbs/Cookies) to your monthly order makes reaching the $30.00 threshold simple and rewarding.
I am not a VVIB Clubber. Can I still book a Bespoke Designer Cake?
Generally, our Bespoke Designer Cakes are reserved exclusively for active Clubhouse members to ensure our small-batch kitchen can meet demand. However, we make Compassionate Exceptions for:
Senior Rabbits: Bunnies aged 9 years and above.
Palliative Care: Bunnies with a certified terminal or chronic illness. If your bunny falls into these categories, please WhatsApp us directly for a case-by-case discussion. We believe every precious milestone deserves to be celebrated.
