1. Membership Eligibility & Fees

• Annual Fee: Membership is priced at $12.00 per year, payable upfront.

• Non-Refundable: The membership fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Renewal: Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Access to Clubhouse privileges will cease if the membership is not renewed by the expiry date.

2. The “Cake Streak” & Milestone Rewards

To qualify for the Free Annual Layered Cake and/or guaranteed Bespoke Designer Cake slots, members must maintain a consistent “Cake Streak”:

• Monthly Spend: A minimum spending of $30.00 per calendar month for 12 continuous months is required.

• Eligible Items: Spending includes all items on the Clubhouse Menu, including Grooming Packages, Binky Mats, Health Essentials (Fibreplex/Ridwind), and Organic Munchies.

• Streak Reset: If the $30.00 minimum spend is not met in any given month, the 12-month streak will reset to zero.

• Multi-Bunny Households: For households with multiple rabbits, Milestone Rewards are calculated at $30.00 per rabbit (e.g., $60/month for 2 rabbits qualifies for 2 Free Annual Cakes).

3. Bespoke Omakase Cake Bookings

• Exclusivity: Bespoke Designer Cakes are reserved exclusively for active Clubhouse members.

• Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for all Bespoke Cake bookings to guarantee a slot.

• Signature Upgrade: Intricate 3D structures require a labor and ingredient top-up of $49.90.

• Collection Policy: Due to their delicate nature, Bespoke Cakes cannot be shipped via standard courier. Members must opt for Self-Collection or arrange private transport. Collection address is at 320014.

4. Shipping & Delivery Tiers

Clubhouse members enjoy subsidized shipping rates automatically applied via the Take App system:

• $3.00 Flat Rate Courier: Door-to-door delivery for parcels of any size or weight.

• FREE Tracked Mail: Automatically applied for orders totaling $20.00 or more.

• FREE Door-to-Door Courier: Automatically applied for orders totaling $60.00 or more.

• Fair Use: Oishi Bunnies reserves the right to toggle between Courier and Tracked Mail for small parcels (e.g., 1-2 small bags of cookies) to ensure delivery efficiency.

5. Billing & Production Cycle

To maintain our small-batch, fresh-baked quality, we operate on a fixed monthly rhythm:

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued via WhatsApp during the 3rd week of each month.

• 24-Hour Payment Rule: All invoices must be settled within 24 hours. Delayed payments may result in the forfeiture of your 4th-week delivery slot.

• Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched or ready for collection during the 4th week of the month.

6. Secret Stash & Priority Access

• Priority Restocks: Members get first access to high-demand handmade cookies, organic herbs, healthy munchies and “Beautiful Oopsies”.

• Flash Sales: “Secret” sales are private and prices are reserved for members only. Sharing member-only pricing or links with non-members may result in membership termination.

7. Amendments

Oishi Bunnies reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including pricing and shipping tiers, at any time to ensure the sustainability of our rescue mission. Members will be notified of significant changes via the official WhatsApp channel.
