About your gifts & cake milestone

Qualifying monthly spending must be at least S$30, excluding private flash-sale items. A month below S$30 breaks the consecutive qualifying period.

Surprise gifts are for the 3rd, 6th and 9th consecutive qualifying month. We start planning your cake at month 12 for your month-13 reward.

Please enquire at least 30 days ahead. Cake designs and baking dates are subject to availability and confirmation. Bespoke cakes must be self-collected and cannot be couriered.

Each active subscription needs at least S$30 in eligible
items after discounts, excluding delivery.
Multiple subscriptions can share one monthly order.

03 · Ready for bunny mail

Confirm payment & delivery

We confirm SingPost or courier delivery according to that
month’s items. Delivery fees are separate.
Once payment is verified, we prepare your order and
arrange delivery or collection.

04 · Room for little changes

Keep it personal

Need to change an item? Let Cookie Yiyi know before your
invoice is finalised. If something is out of stock,
we agree on a replacement with you.

What counts towards the S$30 monthly commitment?

Items available in our WooCommerce store count, except private flash sale items. Each subscription needs at least
S$30 in eligible items after discounts, excluding delivery.

For example, S$28 in items plus S$3 delivery does not meet the S$30 item commitment. Private flash sale purchases can be added separately, but do not count towards it.

Can I choose different items each month?

Yes. Tell Cookie Yiyi before your monthly invoice is finalised. Your eligible items must still cover S$30 per active subscription.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a replacement and amend your order before payment.

What if I miss a month or stop a subscription?

The cake reward requires 12 consecutive qualifying paid months. A missed required month or cancellation before completion disqualifies the affected subscription from that reward.

Other subscriptions keep their own progress. Please speak to Cookie Yiyi if your circumstances change.

Does a large one-off order count for several months?

No. A larger purchase does not shorten the 12-month journey, replace a missed month, or automatically create extra subscriptions. Each subscription is tracked separately.

For example, a second subscription started in March follows its own schedule, even if your first subscription started in January.

How do invoices and payments work?

You receive a monthly invoice for your subscription items. Multiple subscriptions can be combined into one order, with delivery reviewed for that month’s selection.

Payment is not automatically deducted from your bank account. Once payment is verified, we prepare your order and arrange delivery or collection. Invoicing and fulfilment timing will be confirmed with you.

Is there an annual membership fee or automatic renewal cake?

There is no separate annual membership fee. Your monthly commitment goes towards eligible items.

The complimentary layered cake is a completion reward in month 13 after 12 consecutive qualifying paid months. It is not an immediate signup gift or an automatic renewal gift.

How do I book and receive my cake?

Enquire at least 30 days before your preferred celebration date. Baking dates and bespoke designs are subject to Cookie Yiyi’s availability and confirmation. A subscription does not guarantee a baking slot.

Bespoke cakes are delicate and cannot travel by standard courier. Please arrange self-collection or suitable private transport with us. Delivery or transport costs are separate.

My bunny is not a Clubber. Can I enquire about a bespoke cake?

Bespoke cakes are generally reserved for the Clubhouse. Compassionate enquiries for senior rabbits aged 9 and above, or rabbits with a certified terminal or chronic illness, are considered individually.
