Ordering & Production

Cut off date for following week’s order is Thursday.
Your order may be baked earlier than Thursday if orders exceed our weekly quota.
Refer to cake listing for ingredients, dimensions, etc.
Storage instructions, shelf life (1 month from production date) and other info stated on our birthday card in box and HERE.

Fees & Booking Information

Urgent or last min orders +$5.00 surcharge, self collection fee $3.00.
Please provide full info during booking, you may wish to screenshot your order for personal records.
Additional request – age topper $1.00, per word $2.00, happy birthday cookie $2.00.
We reserve the right to reject cake orders during fundraising/festive season/when our baking schedule is full.

Confirmation & Payment

After booking form is submitted, kindly send us a facebook or ig dm to confirm your booking is accepted. While on our website, you can also use the Facebook CHAT bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Click on the bubble to begin a chat session.

We will reply and confirm acceptance of your booking asap.

Kindly make payment within 24 hours upon billing and send screenshot after payment via fb/ig messenger so we can bake and send out your order on time.

Unpaid orders will be considered as cancelled orders.

Delivery & Collection

Cakes are couriered out every Monday, estimated delivery 1-3 days.
We are unable to deliver cakes on specific date and time as they are managed by courier company. You can arrange redelivery with courier directly for missed delivery.
Self collection not available.
