Collection of Bunny’s Fur:
– Collect only combed fur (root to tip), cut and shaved fur will be not accepted.
– Do not collect pee stained fur, matted fur or mites infested fur.
– Minimum 3 grams required to make a bunny figurine, if you do not have enough, keep collecting.
– If collection of fur is no longer possible, you can opt for EDT figurine, a small wisp of fur is sufficient.
– Fur should be packed in a ziplock bag
– Once enough fur is collected, you can checkout the item and make payment.
T&C:
– Buyer is required to mail the collected fur to cookie yiyi, please dm us on facebook for mailing address once you have checkout your cart and made payment.
– Return address should be written at the back of your envelop in case of lost mail.
– If your have distinctive fur marking which you would like us to mimic in the figurine, please send us photos of your pet in different angles.
– Excess fur (if any) will be couriered back to you.
– Handmade figurine will be made based on first come first serve basis. Waiting time 4-6 weeks (shipping applies)
– You may add on other items to your order to enjoy free/flat rate shipping.
– We will consolidate your items and send in one parcel
– You may request ready stock to be delivered first. Additional shipping fee applies.
