Each preorder Blindbox is a seasonal mystery! While we cannot customize designs or flavors, we guarantee every bite is crafted with clinical care for your rabbit’s health.

A healthy rabbit diet is 80% hay, 10% veggies, 5% pellets, and only 5% treats.
Treats are for bonding and training; please feed in moderation. Bunnies should be at least 9 months old with established hay-eating habits (“Hay Monsters” first!).
- Request sample cookies if unsure.
- Control intake and monitor “output” (poops) closely before feeding more.
- Do not over-order; we prioritize freshness!

Pre-ordering is an ongoing event—join the queue whenever you like! Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Order & Delivery:
- Waiting Time: 1-2 weeks. Baked and mailed on the same day for peak freshness.
- Payment: PayNow/PayLah (Transaction screenshot required for verification) or Website checkout.
- Shipping: Singpost Normal Mail. Please ensure your address is accurate. We are not liable for undelivered mail or minor breakage (flat cookies are delicate and may snap in transit).
- Free Courier: Add other items to your cart to enjoy free door-to-door courier* (consolidated shipping).
