Since Zen Sole Mates are a bespoke handmade product, custom sizing ensures maximum comfort. Please provide the following measurements in cm when ordering:

• Supervised Wear: We recommend supervised wear initially until your bunny adjusts to their new shoes.
• Rotate Pairs for Hygiene: We suggest having 2 pairs of Sole Mates to rotate seamlessly while one pair is in the wash.

• Final Sale Policy: As every pair of Zen Sole Mate is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for your bunny, all pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
• Customization Notice: Each pair is created according to your selected size, colours, and customisation, making it unsuitable for resale to another bunny.
• Pet Adaptability: Bunnies may take some time to get used to wearing shoes, or may totally reject them. We do not guarantee that every rabbit will accept wearing shoes, nor can we offer refunds if your pet refuses to wear them.
• Production Timeline: Please place your order only if you are comfortable with the stated production timeline and are able to wait. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully handcraft each pair with love and attention to detail. Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship!
